By accessing or using Vidya Deepa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our application.

2. Use of License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Vidya Deepa's application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the application.

4. Intellectual Property

The content provided in Vidya Deepa, including but not limited to lesson guides, audio, and UI designs, is the property of Vidya Deepa and is protected by copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Vidya Deepa's application are provided on an 'as is' basis. Vidya Deepa makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Vidya Deepa or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Vidya Deepa's application.
